Microsoft Service Manager - my all time not so favourite

First of all: do not use Service Manager from Microsoft - worst piece of junk, sluggish, boring, entirely user-unfriendly, you will loose all of your registered incidents within a year, you will never-ever be able to see your workflow in normal manner without buying really expensive addons, you will tear your hair out to create SQL reports from SCSM database and so on. Seriously, does this look friendly to you?

I spent more time to feed this monster than to resolve my incidents. And somebody is going to check all of the time that I kept this window open. So stupid that I just started to paste standard resolution: "incident resolved by me within 1-2 hours", thanks Ditto, my portable 100 times less in size program.

ConfigMgr (A.K.A, SCCM) is another story: I used to be one of those "Ghost" guys, beautiful piece of software before it got snatched by Symantec like all the other fine software. Altiris was one of those good solutions for computer management bought by Symantec and went straight into forgiveness..
Mmm, I wonder if Microsoft owns Symantec... So now we're talking ancient software from 2001, today you can choose between SCCM, ManageEngine Desktop Central, ZENworks, Caseya, LANDesk, Altiris, KACE or InTune, they've killed all the other opponents and Symantec is still going strong. Do yourself a favor and save some money for your employer.
